    All applicants must have a valid Business License / Seller's Permit to buy wholesale.
  • What is the minimum purchase to buy wholesale?
    Minimum purchase is $1,000 USD.

    Prices will be made available to you once one of our sales associates reviews your credentials.
  • How to place a quote request?
    We offer per mastercase or per display. Please choose between display or mastercase when adding a product to your quote cart, along with the quantity. When you go to the view cart page, there is an “add notes” button/section if you want both or need to send us a note when you place your quote request order. When we review your quote and get in touch with you, we'll be able to assist you further.
  • Why can I not make a payment online?
    We currently do not sell online, but we allow customers to make an order to allow a sales associate to quote you for prices.
  • I received the wrong item, I am missing an item in my order, I received a broken item. What can I do?
    We are sorry for the inconvenience; please contact us with your order number and a photo of the merchandise (if the item is broken/damaged). We'll work hard to find the best solution for you as soon as possible!
  • How much is shipping?
    We do free local deliveries (varies). Shipping is paid by the customer, but we do our best to quote the most reasonable rate for you.
  • How long will my order take?
    Please allow 2-3 business days for us to contact you about your order or order quote.
  • What are your payment options?
    We accept the following payment methods: wire transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and checks (*these must clear before releasing merchandise and may take up to 4 business days).

    Yes, we are located in Los Angeles, California, however, you must arrange an appointment with us before visiting. We want to ensure that each customer receives the attention and quality service that they deserve, so scheduling an appointment with one of our sales representatives is ideal.
